I had the same teacher for Honors Physics last year as I do this year for AP Physics and AP Calculus. I just found a sheet of paper where I'd written down some from last year so... YEAH. I might edit this if I find some more.
Quotes are all from Mr. Bridger unless otherwise noted.

"It's an oscillascope and it is my friend" -responding to the question "what is that thing?"

"Where are the high tides right now?" -Mr. Bridger
"On the beach" -clever student

"maybe we could try something really slow and we could trick it" -a student, on outsmarting black holes

"How to kill you friend on phobos" -imparting to us a lesson he learned from his science teacher.

"Yes, we'll see a huge amount of lack of stuff" -on looking at black holes

"And what did Archimedes do again?" -Mr. Bridger
"Everything." -student possibly riding on Mr. B's love of Archimedes.

"build me a building with no torque or force moving at 30 mph" -on impossible requests

"if you have a question, record it on a tuning fork and put it on my head" -on  recording sounds on tuning forks and his baldness

"death, fall off, death; that would be the ride." -on incredibly steep roller coasters

"1988, a good year; hints of elastic collisions with a strong finish" -on AP practice problem packets.

"When I throw a grenade is that like, functions and stuff?" -Parker, on physics applied to Call of Duty game mechanics.

"What's the limit as x goes to infinity of sinx?.... The answer is no" -on non-convergent functions

ALSO BONUS QUOTES from my History teacher last year and my Spanish teacher this year.

"Who stays at 50 mph on the highway?" -incredulous student
"losers" -Mr. Kaplan, encouraging speeding

"Entonces pueden move on to the next thing" -Mr. Gomez, an excellent native speaker of Spanish. (Some of us students do it too, i.e. one time last year someone said "put on your chaqueta")
